I gave birth at a time during this pandemic when everyone around me started shutting down and going inward. The world, the country, our state, city, my community & family. I have a mother wound that I want to share, and because I want to explore healing it.

It’s something, this thing…that we all carry. Especially mothers, black women, & the children we bring in and the earth we all call home.
